Second Coming
We want to create a truly immersive and narrative story mixed with strategy through graphical gamebook-like sequences and battles in top-down 3D. Second Coming is a sci-fi adventure where you and your team explore a wast alien ship that has landed on earth and uncovers it's secrets and the intentions of the aliens inside. This game will appeal to both gamebook enthusiasts, readers, and more traditional gamers that want to enjoy a good story - extending the gamebook format with digital effects and narration.
This game is still under development and will be released in 2017. From the start in the late 2014 it has grown quite a lot with added 3D battles and other fun things.
The gamebook part of this game contains images of environments found in the huge (!) spaceship that lands on our planet. Most of them are also animated with simple (it is a book, not an animated film) but effective animations to give them some "life".

Substance Painter is a great program for texturing your 3D models.
The 3D parts of the game also have some "gamebook" content.
X-com style battles.
